is there a conversion kit? if so does it come with the lights too or do i gotta get those separate? is it straight bolt on?
its expensive i think, you have to swap all the body panels off on the front,
the hood, fenders, radiator core support, bumper/grille, headlights.
you have to swap core supports to do this swap correctly.

I can’t seem to find one… I just want a regular 8000 HID conversion kit for my 1991 Integra, even one off ebay would do, but I can’t seem to find one made for my car.
I know I’ve seen other DA’s with HID’s, but where would I get them?
If anyone knows of a source, like a URL, off of ebay or anything like that where I can get some HID’s, please let me know.

It makes no sense comparing and SUV to a sedan.
your comparing a sedan to a Suv,
acura is basically a luxury version of a honda.
acura mdx is nicer overall
but civic is more economical
depends what your going for.
mdx is simply better.

I swapped out the spark plugs, wires and distributor cap. I thought I had the wires in the same order but when I finished the swap out and tried to start the motor—-nothing.
Simple,
for the distributor cap the wires go like this:

Top Left = No. 1
Top Right = No. 3
Bottom Right = No. 4
Bottom Left = No. 2

I am almost done but am facing one crucial problem.I cannot for the life of me find a way to feed the Amp Power Wire from the battery and through the Firewall.Could someone send me pictures or a video of where there is an opening to get through or other options.
Theres a grommet, driver side near the fuse box that will pass through. Removing the fender liner makes it easier.
my 95 acura legend speakers are bose and are not blown but seem to rattle alot!
ive tightened them and done speaker repairs and such but they still rattle!
is this normal for that model? are the speakers just worn out?
if i replace them with something new and up to date, will it be stop?

They may not be blown but its common for the surrounds to rot. Just get some new ones.
Go to crutchfield.com and get new speakers.
Im thinking of buying an integra for my first car but is it possible to adjust the gears gear box on a automatic were that i can get more power from each gear or i should stick with a Manuel.

If you are talking about power, I assume you are wanting to modify this car in some way for racing (legally of course).
Buy a manual car, free up the intake and exhaust systems with aftermarket items and take it away!
To be honest with you if you don’t drive your integra hard you won’t ever experience the v-tec. Normally people drive theirs from 0k-4k rpm’s and thats more than enough. An Integra LS can do that. If you don’t know how to drive stick then just get the automatic, the integra isn’t a very, well, for lack of better terms, it’s not a good car to tune up. You’d be wasting your time since it’s still FWD and 4 cylinders. I’d just get an integra automatic for my daily driver and first car then when I break into it and want something else get another car worth tuning like a wrx or mustang or camaro. I prefer V8′s and once you open your eyes to them you’ll be intrigued as well. Hope this helps

I had a 97 manual and it had adequate performance and acceleration.
Once it had to stay in the shop overnight and they gave me a automatic Integra as a loaner. It was terrible, no power, sluggish, I couldn’t wait to get my car back.
Now the vtec in automatic would probably be ok but there’s not too many of those around.
Regular Integra had appx 140 hp where the vtec had apprx. 190 hp.
MANUAL over auto any day on this particular car. Better fuel economy and much better acceleration.
No you cannot adjust the gearing on the automatic. It’s possible but it would probably have to be a custom job since I don’t think anyone makes kits for it.
You can buy a manual transmission from a GSR, type r, Si civic, or pretty much any tranny mated to a B series engine that has higher gearing. It will bolt on to your LS integra (probably the model you have) and it will give you better acceleration due to higher gearing. This is a popular mod with Acura enthusiasts.

I bought my 97 LS as an automatic, it was good for highway trips, but anything other than that it just felt too sluggish.
I recently swapped it to a manual and am much happier with the performance of the car. Keep in mind, the auto trans and torque converter take away 15-20% of hp and torque

The auto teg has one of the worst trannys in it. There has never been a good review on them.

Sounds like you need to replace the the,plug coils.No big deal. Easy to do..Few dollars required,40- maybe 50. Then be good..
